A one time interview with two people who hadn't prepared and didn't agree on what they wanted. The interview was for one role, and only when turning up for the first day of work did I get told that I was actually going to be doing something entirely different.
One of the issues with GSK is that they do not take onboard anything that has happened outside of the company. You may have excelled elsewhere at the same role you are being hired for at GSK, but none of this counts to people because it wasn't within the confines of GSK. Often this means that you need to apply for a much higher sounding role that you may have had externally, because you will discover that once inside GSK it is a lot more basic than you were used to.
