they called me one fine day by linkedin and asked for my resume and they shorlisted for next round that is online assessment which was online due to COVID 90mins online test. later after 3 weeks got a call for group discussion

Written test, followed by technical interview and HR interview. The company looks at - your willingness to learn, your analytical skills, leadership abilities and team spirit. The HR interview was a skype interview , where I was asked about my long term and short term goals. GSK tries to gauge if your personality will suit their work environment.
