Could not even reach to interview stage as the process is very poor they tend to use Agency staff on Zero Hours Contract the job is just advertised for internal employee

Online base questions and written assessment when you pass the online assessments. There is an interactive test when you go to the centre which is very interesting and daunting but exciting at the same time.
