I have been contacted by GUTS Tickets, because of a project I have done that was similar to the product GUTS Ticket was building.
I have talked to the lead engineer of the team I wanted to work at, which was followed by a technical interview on the subject. The interview was a real-life application to see my skill level, no Algorithms and Data Structures questions.

Nice and friendly.
First talked with recruiter where we discussed all the questions from both sides.
Secondly i had a talk with team members along with team manager.
After successful meeting i received a test assignment. It was not hard, but tricky a little bit, enojyed doing.
Then as a followup i received a feedback and we talked about test assignment and my approach.
