The process included one test in German at the office and 2 interviews. I got it through a friend it was easy. I do not recommend the job. The manager was insane

Interview
First I had a 10 minutes call with very basic questions as part of the first selection process. Then I had 2 and half hours interview with the head of the department and then with the manager. I also had a written test during which I had to anwser emails.
