I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GVE Online Education in Sept 2017
Interview
The first person to interview me was professional. Then the process fell apart. There were no spots left for a second interview and I was accused of not following through on my part. I showed the person I had completed work, but could not get an open spot for my second interview. She admitted that they were hiring a lot of people so I might have to wait until next week. Then why accuse me of not following through? Finally I got a second interview spot and the group of us was larger than interviewer anticipated. There were technical problems and the process began to go over the limit of time. This interviewer was annoyed, distracted and rude. I really felt as if there needed to be some professional accountability from these young professionals. Definitely need further training on how to speak to potential employees. By the end of the second interview I spoke up when I felt the person was unprofessional. I did not get an offer, did not expect an offer and would not have taken the offer. Also the expectations changed from you will have regular students to you need to check daily at 5am whether you have students.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GVE Online Education (Bellville, OH) in Sept 2017
Interview
I sent my Resume in and was emailed and asked to schedule an interview through an online Calendar. There were many options, so it was very simple. They were all booked up for a week, so it took more than a week to get an actual on-line person-to-person interview. They interview through a program called 'Zoom'. My interviewee had an emergency come up the day of the interview, so it took another week to re-schedule because they were so booked up. After being offered a position, it took more than a week for a background check, where to deposit pay, etc. to be set up.

Question 1
It was fun and interactive because they asked about prior Education and Experience and they I did a seven-minute tutoring session to the interviewee, like I was teaching an 8-year old Chinese student. SO FUN! : )
