I participated in the recruitment process of tender coordinator of this company. After a not-so-rigorous interview, the candidate was asked to make a PPT to research three different industries and answer a series of behavioral questions, which took me at least three days of work. In the end, as expected, I did not enter the next round of interviews. The interviewer did not even respond personally. In addition, this position was reposted many times, which made people doubt whether they really wanted to recruit. In short, this was an extremely unfair and disrespectful interview for the candidate. The candidate invested a lot of time and energy but got nothing in return.
