During the panel interview, they asked me to present a detailed overview of my past sales strategies and explain how I would approach expanding their regional market share.
Screening call, general questions on experience. Wanted to know about every role I’d worked and general journey. No mention of AI which I was surprised by, having done lots of AI prep. No recruitment mentioned either
Very friendly, asked why I wanted position, what I was passionate about. Was trying to get a feel of I would be a good fit to their community. How much experience I had.
