Gaijin Entertainment Senior 3D Graphics Programmer interview questions

Recruiter phone screen followed by a 4 hour programming test. Absolutely no response after submitting the test. I was already turned off by such an assignment and I should have known better. Seems like they enjoy wasting people's time. Avoid like the plague.
