Question 1
A lot of questions during my EBR just digging into my process and technique. What my experience was like, and if I ever presented to C-level suite executives.

Interview
The interview process here was nothing short of a wonderful experience that left me wanting to work at Gainsight even more. Every interaction I had with employees, from recruiters to the CS team, showed me a glimpse of the amazing humans that work in the company. They were always super transparent and, although this time around it didn't pan out, I would apply again in the future.

Interview
- Many interviews. Values fit is very important here so you'll have the opportunity to talk to a lot of people. It's worth it to keep our culture strong.
- You start out with a screening from HR.
- You then need to take the CCAT. This is no joke. It's 50 questions in 15 min. They give you a document prior on where you can practice. DO IT! One of the options lets you buy a really inexpensive training - buy it, do it. This is no joke and in my opinion, the hardest part of the interview.
- Next, interview with the hiring manager.
- Interview with 2 - 3 other people for fit and skills.
- Panel presentation

Question 1
- The panel presentation can vary but in general, it's you introducing you as the new CSM to a company. If this role is a fit, the panel presentation is easy. If you're not, this will be extremely difficult.
