Interviewed for what I thought was a Human Resources position but was then told that in order to get to that position I would have to start out in sales. I wasn't about to do that, and I wouldn't have come in for the interview and wasted my time and theirs if I had known that was how they ran. The interview was pretty easy, although I only went through the phone interview and 1:1 interview. The phone interview basically asked a bunch of questions about myself, my experience and my interest. The one on one was mostly them explaining what exactly the position was but started with a few typical interview questions. It went well (considering I answered like three questions and just listened for the rest of the 30 or so minutes) and I was offered the final interview with another "HR guy" and his team but I turned it down because it was not what I was applying for at all. It might be a good opportunity for someone who did not pursue further education or does not have a lot of work experience but it was not a good fit for me as I have two years of HR experience and am working on my masters degree.
