Initial interview with HR, went over CV - no technicals. Like multiple others have mentioned, I too was ghosted after this stage even after reaching out multiple times for an update regarding my application. For an organisation of Galaxy’s size this is simply not good enough and either they need to hire more staff within the HR team, or start having serious conversations with their staff. As of this posting I would be weary applying for positions here, your time is likely utilised applying elsewhere.
Great interview process, pretty seamless and transparent. The Galaxy team, especially the hiring manager and recruiter were very responsive. There were four rounds of interviews, including a final in person with several people on the team.

Straight forward. Hard to gauge what they are looking for. Asked for published work. Once that is provided, process continues. Hybrid office. 3 in. 2 out. Very nice people to speak to.
