Gale Associates interview questions

Appeared nice but It felt that they were judging opportunity based on irrelevant questions. Asked very difficult question to know based on current experience and judged based on knowledge of the question. It was apparent that the lack of knowledge of that question changed demeanor of interview process.

Great company. Great interview. Interview process was long but definitely well planned. There are multiple people you interview with. Not sure if this is standard or just a one time thing.
