The recruiter was great. Very easy to talk to and set up my video interview the next day. Video interview felt like they decided they didn’t like me within 20 seconds. There were two women, one who was long term with the company and one who had done the role I was applying for more recently. The second woman didn’t talk. She shut her camera off multiple times and then her only comment was saying I wouldn’t be a good fit because I’ve only been at my current job for two years..I’m only 23. Then she shut her camera off again. The main woman seemed just mean. I’ve worked in banking since I was 18 and she was talking to me like I didn’t know how to read. When the interview ended she made sure to note that they were hiring MULTIPLE people for this role and it felt like a jab because she knew they wouldn’t be hiring me. Questions felt weird and not professional.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Do you hate your coworkers? Tell us about a time you hated someone.
Fairly standard interview process. You start off interviewing with a recruiter and then progress through the hiring team. While there are questions, they are conversational in nature. It feels like they want to get to know your personality and ensure you have a baseline set of skills.

Interview
Only the first round phone interview. Recruiter was not the most knowledgeable about the company so that was a turn off. Did not provide any indication of what the company was like.
