I don’t remember the interview but it was mostly experience related
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Galliford Try (Gateshead, England) in Oct 2025
Interview
The resourcing team contacted me after I had previously interviewed for a role in a different department, which ultimately didn’t work out. The interview lasted an hour, was conducted via Microsoft Teams, and was competency-based. Two interviewers were present. Unfortunately, I never received a decision regarding the outcome, and after four weeks with no update, I assumed I had been unsuccessful.
