Obviously, just like all of other people mentioned here, this company is very unprofessional, and they are not really hiring. They call themselves a private equity, what a fancy and attracting industry, but they have nothing to do with private equity at all. For many other positions, a friend interviewed there told me that they are trying to steal ideas from candidates, so they can just directly use for their own marketing purpose, what a smart and money-saving strategy, and as for the position I applied for, the accountant, why would a small office with only a few people need all levels of accountants in their team, they are just posting the vacancies to hide the fact they are very low grade, small start-up, to cheat the public or potential business partners or future investors.
