The technical questions ran the range of "how would you solve X" to "list all the ways you could accomplish X" - If you're an over thinker, they're really just looking for a solid foundation of best practices.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Galvin Technologies
Interview

- Initial outreach by outsourced HR in response to my application
- Qualification vetting by in-office HR in a phone call
- Video Interview with Consultant Manager, salesforce general skill-based questions, Compensation Range and benefits
- Video Interview with relevant Department Head, field-specific skill-based questions
- Video interview ("Final Interview") with Consultant Manager, questions around qualification as a Project Lead
- Video Discussion of Offer Letter with Consultant Manager, exact amount of salary, position offer
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The questions were different in each interview. Most rotated around situational queries and how I would respond to them.
In the first, they were about general Salesforce knowledge, essentially qualifying that my certifications were earned and not cheated.
In the second, the questions were coming from the department head I would be serving under, qualifying that I was best in that department specifically, rather than a more generalized role.
In the 3rd interview, the focus shifted to be more on project management, and how to deal with clients and team members. While I had initially applied for a consultant-level position, I had demonstrated significant experience in project management to transition my application for that position. I imagine this interview would have been skipped had I remained in the consultant lane.
