This is the most toxic, dodgy and shady experience I have ever had in my life. I passed the interview, was offered a role, then completely ghosted for over 2 months despite my continuous efforts to assist the clearance process and start work. Stating lack of receiving references, they withdrew the job offer, when I had sufficient evidence they had already received satisfactory references. They had already decided they wanted to hire someone else, and used this as an excuse. They never responded to any of my emails and my desperate efforts to assist with the references. Now they are recruiting again- what a surprise. Avoid at all costs. I'd have taken them to court had I had the time and energy.
