GamCare Service Manager interview questions

Online application software, asked to provide CV and covering letter. Received rejection email before receiving another email stating the rejection had been a mistake and inviting me to interview. Reasonable adjustment to receive interview questions 90mins before interview granted. Interview process was positive and the two members of the panel were engaging. However the deadline to hear the outcome was originally 7 days, then extended a further four days due to “unexpected internal processes’, which passed without any contact, which was stressful and uncomfortable. After sending two follow up emails, I was told that they were no longer recruiting for the role due to a change in ‘organisational direction’. It was very disappointing to put in so much time and hear that outcome at the very end of the process once two deadlines had been and gone.
