The screening interview process was friendly and nice, it took a couple of days to find out I passed to the task assessment. The task itself took many hours to complete, and unfortunately they delayed by weeks in getting actual feedback to me. I was genuinely excited about the role and I had to chase up multiple times (after they failed to keep their deadline of providing feedback twice), only to find out the hiring manager chose another candidate. Totally acceptable, it just would have been nice to be told as soon as possible rather than be strung along for some time. The length of the task takes many hours and they only give you two days to complete it. Again acceptable, but considering they cannot keep their deadline….
