Interview
The process started with take home task that took 2 weeks, then I had 1 interview with their current UX UI designer and then with the Head of Mobile Subscriptions and then a Cultural Call with the HR. Overall the process took 1 month, it was long, with two interviews of 1 hour I would say even too much. There are some red flags as no onboarding from their current designer (that is also the only one they have), so there is no visibility of how they was working until now. I went through all of this steps and I received
email that they won't chose me, because of Unity. Something that they mentioned as just "good to have" in their job posting and because they need someone with more leadership skills, as they didn't checked my resume or my portfolio. They seem like a good people but can't be sure about their intentions.
