I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Gameloft (Madrid) in June 2016
Interview
The process took three weeks and the recruiters were very professionals. First I had a technical online test and after that two interviews were I had the opportunity to learn the details about the position and getting to know better the company's culture. The first interview was with my future boss and supervisor and the CTO of the studio. There I was asked about my background and my interests in the industry. The second one was with HR personnel and was more personality oriented. The questions asked were the common ones. Everybody was very kind and professional.
an initial HR screening, followed by online assessments (aptitude, communication, sometimes game-based), one or two technical interviews focusing on coding/projects/core concepts, and a final HR/behavioral interview to check cultural fit, with variations based on role (fresher/experienced) and domain, usually taking 2-4 weeks for completion
