I applied online and after a few days received an e-mail asking me to complete a QA test to assess my technical abilities. After that, I was invited to an in-person interview, where I talked with the HR manager, the QA lead, and other producers to talk about my views of the gaming industry, my work history, how I could fit in the company, etc. Afer that I had to find a bug in an early build f one of their games and write a bug report. The interview lasted around 2 hours, but everyone there was very kind and they made me feel very calm and relaxed during the interview. Definitely, the best interview I had in quite some time.

Shortly after sending in my application, I was asked to come in for an interview. Before the interview, I was asked to perform an Aptitude Test. This involved giving me a copy of a game made by the company with bugs and errors put into it. I was to find these errors, and fill out the report provided. After this was completed, an interview was conducted with 2 persons: The HR representative and the Studio Technical Director. They asked me what kind of software I was familiar with, as well as what I knew about the company and if I had tried any of their games. After having finished this process, I was surprised to get a phone call the next day with an offer for a job.
