      Marketing Interview

      12 Apr 2019
      Anonymous employee
      Fremont, CA
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Gamree (Fremont, CA) in Nov 2018

      Interview

Long interview process to find out that it’s basically a scheme. You’re working for xfinity inside a Walmart trying to make sales. In the interview you talk to one of the guys in charge and they never really ask you about yourself or your experience. They just tell you it’s a great opportunity and everyone is having fun. You’re taken by one of the associates who claims is making more money but can’t seem to afford business clothes for different days of the week (not to be rude to anyone but isn’t that a bit suspicious). By the second or third interview you should start noticing that they’re taking anyone and everyone. Don’t get me wrong, the people that work there are really nice because they’re young and trying to find a job with a fancy title. At the end of the day it’s sales for a company that works for a bigger company that works for a bigger company.
