There are three rounds of interview with HR, the team manager, and the head. After the HR interview, they asked me to prepare a case study. They asked me typical job interview questions and were interested to know about my past work experiences and advocacies.

I received a text message and immediately scheduled for initial interview. The recruiter is very friendly and questions are pretty canned. Btw, during the interview I was informed that I will receive feedback next week. Lo and behold, never heard from her after a month - sent a message thru email and text. But nada. The lack of communication has left me uncertain about the status of my application and next steps. I understand that recruitment processes can be lengthy and that unforeseen delays can occur. Nonetheless, I believe that timely communication is a critical aspect of the candidate experience and reflects the company's professionalism. Just say it if the candidate did not make it, do not leave them hanging. Hope the company sees this and do something about the process.

Interview
They reached out to me via jobstreet saying that I might be a fit for their role. I took the opportunity and passed the initial interview until the final interview and was only waiting for the job offer. I was told I was disapproved by the chairman because my previous role was not in line. I invested time and effort to go through the process only to be rejected in the end. The hiring team should be able to assess if a candidate is fit for the role or not without wasting the time of a candidate.
