I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ganotec (Montreal, QC) in Feb 2015
Interview
They didn't have my current resume and they weren't completely ready for me. However they did hire me. I was happily employed for 2 years. However the problem is it's all contract work, so if work is slow, they lay off their engineers.

Question 1
Normal things. They more or less old me on the job.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ganotec (Toronto, ON)
Interview
Interview process was easy, talked about past experiences and the industry. They want to know that you are able to work long hours, prioritize safety and are willing to relocate. If all 3 of those are yes then you can get in.
Relatively simple. 30 minutes phone screening with hr then 1 hour interview with project manager after 2 weeks from then. Behavioral questions based on construction vs designing. Be prepared to ask a lot of questions.
