Gap Ministries interview questions

Sent in our resume and we got a phone call the next day and was formally hired the day after. It was a very quick and easy process. We were both available to accept the job and move across country so that helped it go much faster.

We applied online. They got back to us within a week. Then a couple of phone screens due to the distance between us before the face to face. Just be yourself when you interview. As long as you have a clean background, fulfill the basic requirements and seem like a decent human being you'll get the job offer. We didn't know it at the time but they are very desperate for bodies to fill the house parent position due to the high turnover.
