First step is a phone intreview, it is quick between 10-15min. The questions are pretty straightforward. The recruiter will take notes and will pass them to the hiring manager, he/she will decide if you are invited to an in-person intreview.

its was quick and very brief. mostly basic information about yourself and your work experience. the interviewer also explained the benefits and what are the expectations in the role. first interview was by phone only.
