Gardiner & Theobald interview questions

I sent in an application that included my CV and a cover letter addressing a few key points. The next stage was a telephone interview which narrowed down candidates for an assessment centre.

Three meetings spanning two months, there was no STAR format making the interviews feel less formal. The questions aimed at trying to see if I would fit the role and team. Further plans of training and accreditation were outlined. After the third interview I did not hear back from them.
