I first met with the overall High School music coordinator for a screening interview. During that time I was asked several questions about my qualifications and previous experience. Then, I was presented with various currents openings within the district and asked which I was interested in. A few days later, I was called in to meet with the head Principal (at the school where I eventually worked) and we spoke for about an hour. She asked me several questions about my previous teaching experience and presented several current challenges existent in their choir program and asked how I would face and resolve them.
