I applied online. I interviewed at Garment Printing (Barcelona) in July 2018
Interview
I was investing two and a half hour in the interview. They seem very interesting and after they asked me for some questions by email about how to change their systems but it seems that they only want to have the key and the solutions to their problems. After they told me that the project was in stand-by like "Right now we don't have the budget to start the internal team". But some weeks later they published the offer again.

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Garment Printing (Barcelona) in Mar 2016
Interview
I had to write a blog before the in-person interview. The interview was done with someone in the team who didn't have any information about the role - not what the role would entail or salary range. Afterward, they wanted about 2 hours of work done on real projects and problems they had prepared as a 'test'. It felt like they wanted work and ideas for free and I left really disappointed.
