Interview
I was briefly interviewed over the phone to determine if I was a fit. I was then invited in to interview in person. The interview was one-on-one with a supervisor. I was asked about my experience, why I was attracted to the job, and my preference regarding ages of children to counsel. I was given scenario questions and given the opportunity to ask questions about the company. I was given a brief tour of the facility. I was offered a job within a week.

I was asked what I would do in a variety of scenarios involving students. A key aspect of the questions involved protecting confidentiality while addressing potential risks to other students in a school.

Zoom interview. It lasted around 45 minutes. Asked me about myself and prior work experience and level of knowledge. I was asked about my preference on supervisor and what I wanted in one.
