I met with the Hiring manager in Aug, he said the process would go quick, within three weeks. It took two months from the time I met with him until they setup an interview loop. The interview loop included some big titles, including CIO and CHIEF BUSINESS OPERATIONS OFFICER. After loop they said that they would make a decision by end of the week. Instead they added two more interviews via phone and dragged it out another two weeks. Then they called me week after week and said they are working on a decision. After two more weeks passed, they disappeared. I sent an email to the recruiter multiple times and no response. Finally sent an email to hiring manager as well asking him for some type of response. Sent one last email to recruiter, explained I have other offers and need to make a call. He immediately called me back and said they extend the offer to a different candidate.
