Interview
I went thru 9 interviews only to then receive a copy & paste from rejection letter from the Recruiter that was auto sent at 3a.m. I expected a higher caliber of feedback given the process took over 3 months, and I interviewed with every member of the HR Team as well as those who would be clients. From my candidate side, no one seemed to be on the same page and there were indicators of in fighting between previous, or maybe current, people on the HR team. Numerous interviewers emphasized that there was high turnover and a lot of change, but that "things are getting better".

Tell me a time you dealt with a difficult client and what was the outcome. Tell me a time you had to use influence with a client and what was the outcome. How do you keep yourself organized. How do you work with a team. How do you build trust with your coworkers and pull your weight in group projects.

Interview
The communication has been exceptional. The Gates Foundation's TA team was prompt and responsive throughout the entire process. They kept me well-informed about each step and answered all my questions, making me feel valued and respected as a candidate. The professionalism of the team was truly commendable. Everyone I interacted with, from the initial screening interview to the final interview panel, exuded a high level of expertise and professionalism. They made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process.

Interview
Process began with telephone interviews with recruiter and then hiring manager. Was invited for onsite interviews with others in the Dept and also functional client group leaders. Great people, amazing work. I was disappointed not to be offered position to join the team, however will continue to watch the incredible outcomes the foundation supports in Global Health & US Education.
