Well they called me and then scheduled a 30 minute phone interview and then after the phone interview, I had a group interview with 3 rounds of 3 person interviews.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gavilon (Omaha, NE) in Dec 2013
Interview
Initial Phone interview, asked what I was looking for, why I applied, etc it took about 30 minutes total. Next round was in person, I met with two Operation managers, a trader, and an HR representative all separately for 30 minutes. The total process was approximately 3 hours. All the questions were job related, but I highly advise to walk in with a good amount of your own questions.
