Interview
I was invited for an interview at Gavurin by the HR manager. I applied online and I interviewed late July 2017.
I had two interviews, one of them being a more of a get to know me, with questions that related to my experience and my degrees. This was with the Director of sales and the HR manager. The interview process was extensive and it was clear that they were carefully assessing my skills and knowledge of digital marketing so that they could find the right candidate for the position. After leaving the interview I shortly received a phone call from the HR manager inviting me to a second interview the following week and I needed to prepare a short task, with a surprise task to be completed.
At the second interview, I was met by the Director of Sales and I was set off with the surprise task that I was informed the previous week. The task was a short half an hour fun activity, that tested our copywriting skills and our creative thinking. It was fun and short, and pleasantly was met with positive feedback from the Director. Next came another interview with the director of sales, this time it was more serious questions that related to the role and how I would bring my expertise and knowledge into the company. I then had an interview with the CEO, which was informative about the company and what they do. It was also a chance to ask any questions that I had about the company as well as get a good feel of the culture that surrounds the company. I was then asked about my relevant experience and how what I would bring to the team.

Interview
Two casual interviews with members of staff - friendly questioning and a lot of 'getting to know' me, which was quite disarming. It was a smooth interview but I lacked the experience they needed - it was all on my CV so it gave me the impression that there was little point in inviting me for the interview. Very nice people, though.
