Interview process was awesome. Gecko made me feel incredibly comfortable during my interviews, with great communication throughout. They moved quickly and followed through on everything they said they would. I knew straight away this was a place I wanted to work.

Interview questions based around skills, knowledge and competency, as well as getting a feel for cultural fit on both sides. Plenty of time was allocated for me to ask lots of questions.
