I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Geek Squad (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Applied online and was scheduled for an interview time with a geeksquad. He asked mostly standard questions from a sheet and wrote my answers in the blanks, occasionally adding some of his own to keep conversation going and make the interview less dry. I was then asked back to interview with the general manager who made me the compensation offer. The interview process was fast but actually getting started at work took time - I think since the offer it was 3 weeks before I was in the store working .

Question 1
About my work background, my schooling, a set of standard geeksquad inteview questions, and some questions about dealing with theft.
Overall a pleasant experience. Questions were not difficult to answer. Mostly how one would handle different situations and your past experience. The interview did not take a long time and wait time for a response was reasonable.

Question 1
Name a time where you had a customer with an attitude and how did you resolve it?
Very laid back, what do I do for fun, have you worked with customers before, what was my availability like? Have you worked with windows computers before. The manager was nice, has been there for a while.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Geek Squad (Dallas, TX) in July 2022
Interview
Interview was fairly easy. Most of it was behavioral questions. Usually a 2-interview process. They may ask you limited technology questions but nothing more than consumer-level knowledge as a consultant.

"What would you couldn't speak the same language as the customer", "What is your favorite piece of technology and why", "What would you do if you had a task that was supposed to be done and your shift was already ending"
