Interview
It went through Skype business meeting for 25 minutes. They were all friendly and made me feel comfortable. There was no tricky question during the interview. Explained about their unit and patient ratio.
They asked about my background, why I wanted to work for Geisinger, any interest in career advancement or tuition reimbursement. They asked how I could be a good fit for the position and how I would contribute.

Interview
Laid back, extremely nice staff. Seems like a great floor to work at. I didn't get a lot of questions. Unit was clean. Hiring manager and a charge nurse interviewed me. They were the ones who talked mostly. I had to shadow for more than an hour.
I was both called and emailed through geisingers HR department and coordinated a day for an in person interview. The process was smooth and straight forward. Great directions and communication.
