Interview
There was first an online assessment that covered basic quantitative and qualitative skills and took roughly 30 minutes to complete. After the evaluation, you received an email saying whether you were moving forward or not.
Pretty standard behavioral only questions. First with HR, then with a junior trader. After that was with more senior people and then a final round in person. Final round has probability and more technical questions so is the hardest.

Why trading, why Gelber, what do you personally trade
I got called in for a super day with 10 other candidates and interviewed with all the different types of traders, on the algorithmic and discretionary sides. Lasted the full day and ended with a dinner.

Interview
Several phone call rounds with traders. Standard behavioral questions and math/probability/coding questions. One technical round where you showcase a technical project to an algo trader. They then flew us out to Chicago for a super-day.
