Had a scheduling call, they called over an hour late to set up interview. Did not call for the interview until later in the day to reschedule. Did not call for the rescheduled interview

Interview
The interview process is a 1st interview that is pretty long. Followed by a 2nd interview where more questions are asked, onboarding salary is decided. If they like you, this was followed by a job offer letter.

Interview
I was interviewed via phone. Because the nature of the Wind Energy sector, most interviews are conducted this way. They ask you questions about what Turbines you have worked on and what your strongest skill set is.
