First round: Admin staff (sound matured man) asked personal questions that completely crossed the line of Fair Employment practices and start talking abit about his own histories. Unprofessional and inappropriate. Second: with a so call consultant, still ok more on skill interview. Last the Management: seems ok and everything like paint a good picture. After follow up so many weeks, nothing happened. It’s been an incredibly frustrating experience, and frankly, it’s disrespectful to leave candidates hanging for this long.
