Gen Next interview questions

Extremely lengthy. Interviewed with four directors, and then CEO. The excessive interviews seemed unnecessary, and it wasn’t focused on the skilled required for the job. A talent agency was used to set up the interviews and it was not very easy to know where you stood. The interviews did not provide much information about the organization or the job itself, and seemed more about favoritism and how well the CEO would like having you around. Salary wasn’t discussed, even when brought up with the hiring agency.
