3 interviews beginning with HR, 2nd with your potential manager and 3rd with your director + manager. They are great with moving the process along and communicating throughout. They are also very open about company expectations and policies, which I appreciate.

Interview
Very informative interview process. Provided updates consistently on timing. The final step was a somewhat difficult assessment that had very little detail, which of course was the point. I felt I was a great fit for the team and connected well with everyone I interacted with, but ultimately the assessment got me in the end.
Very quick call straight to the point. Answered all of my questions and shared a good explanation of the role and expectations. Sounds like they need people soon, but its hard to gauge if there are smoke and mirrors.
