Geneia interview questions

Process was two phone interviews - 1 with recruiter, 1 with hiring managers, 1 in person 3 hour interview (a lot of behavioral questions) and then a random additional 30 min phone interview with HR. Probably one of the more unusual experiences I’ve encountered. I’ve never been told my references were going to be reached out to and to let them know - then never have them reached out to and never followed up with after two attempts to get in touch since I had not heard anything. New level of being ghosted. Not a good feeling when you’ve invested 5 hours of interviewing. Wish I could have at least received a courtesy email about why they moved on? Process took almost 2 months.

It's your typical "two calls and a visit" interview process. They call you once to get to know you, they call you a second time to learn your technical background, then they invite you to visit if it's a good fit.
