There was two stages. Both were online over zoom as they a remote company. One with the VP of admissions and another with the regional manager. The first interview round was just behavioural questions. The second round was some more behavioural questions and a sales roleplay. You were given feedback and asked to come to another interview in 24 hours to see if you could take on feedback. Overall it was straight forward, casual yet informative and everyone was very friendly
