Talked to CNC head in Mississippi. He didn't have anything in CA for lathe guys. He said they just do a phone call with everyone who submits a resume.

Interview questions were straight forward no trick questions . They ask good questions and really look at what you do and don’t know . Supervisors giving the interview are cool people that know what they are talking about .
Got a lot of information and they asked questions about what you do in your present job very nice people they are down to earth they answered you questions about the job
