I applied online, I spoke with a recruiter who gave me some background about the position and an overview of the interview process. You have to take an online knowledge assessment test, that covers basic electronic, physics and math. I was contacted by the hiring manager and went though my resume and work experience.

Phone interview with HR mostly personality questions some technical, followed by technical phone interview with hiring manager, then practical test on test bench, and finally a face to face interview with 2 people

Responsive hiring manager, worked around schedule and was present on time. Interviewers explained the nature of the position clearly, and readily answered questions as they arose. Appeared fairly casual, even joking with each other at times.

The interview was very informal however, they were very professional over the phone. I was referred by an employee so that kind of made the processes a lot smoother. I look forward to working for them.
