I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at General Atomics (Denver, CO)
Interview
I applied in January. Got a phone interview in late February which consisted of resume questions and behavioral questions. After a couple weeks, I did not receive any response so I called the HR person that I had contact with and my application was pending. I assumed I didn't make it because I didn't receive a response from anyone until May, in which they asked for an in person interview. I accepted and the interview went very good. They did not ask many technical questions except for a few about my resume and mostly personality questions. I did not receive an offer for this position, however, they asked if I would like to be considered for a software engineering job (my experience was much more software than hardware) which I had to decline because by this time I was considering other offers. Overall, they took 5 months to get me through the process but that is way too long if I am on an active job hunt.

Question 1
Nothing that stood out to me. Just the general interview questions (what are your weaknesses, etc.)
Thanks so much for taking the time to interview to meet with us. The shifting nature of our projects and our hiring needs sometimes result in a longer-than-anticipated process, but we’re glad you had an otherwise positive experience and we hope you’re enjoying the opportunity you found.
