Interview
I applied around June, finally got an email for interview mid September. No phone interview, I was asked for 5 reference prior on my panel interview via team with 5 managers. Exactly two weeks after my interview I received an offer, then another two weeks (Background check and Drug screen) I got hired. A lot of technical background questions, prior job questions. Know your CV. Most of the questions are from your CV.

Needed to know a lot of basic electricity fundamentals. They also wanted to hear a story about a previous troubleshooting example from work or school. This was for electrical test technician.

Applied in late May. Contacted by HR first week of June. First interview was 30 min with four supervisors/department head. HR contacted me soon after for a 2 hr interview (2hr is max length, only did an hour)

The first was by phone discussing resume and brief detail. Second was in person and more in-depth on experience. Most interviewing process’s can range from 2-4 interviews depending on the Job Criteria/Years of experience/and applicants.
